My Story
I’m a Clinical Psychologist and Dating Coach who once found dating much harder than it looked on paper. Despite years of helping others move through anxiety, self-doubt and repetitive patterns, I realised I needed to apply those same tools to my own dating life.
Using a more intentional, grounded approach helped me slow down, understand my patterns clearly, and define the kind of partnership I genuinely wanted. When I began dating with more clarity, calm and self-connection, everything shifted.
