How Therapy Works

 

My therapy approach is CBT-based, structured and compassionate.

We’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck, make sense of the patterns behind your thoughts and behaviours, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and resilient.

Therapy is always tailored to your needs. My style is warm, focused and collaborative — supportive when things feel overwhelming, and gently challenging when it helps you move forward.

I typically offer brief, focused therapy (anything between 6-20 sessions) designed to help you build insight, develop skills and create meaningful, sustainable change.
