I help people make sense of their patterns, feel calmer and more in control, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and offer structured, compassionate support for people navigating anxiety, stress, low mood, perfectionism and relationship difficulties. I help thoughtful, self-aware people who are functioning well in some areas of life but feel stuck or overwhelmed in others.
My approach is practical and collaborative — combining evidence-based tools with warm, grounded guidance to help you get “unstuck” and move forward with confidence.
